It’s a really exciting time to join the bubbly and fun family at E-days as we grow our Nottingham team and we’re looking for a brilliant SDR Manager to join our superstar Sales team.


As our Sales Development Manager, you will be shaping and developing the career pathways of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You’ll be creating a fast-paced, ambitious, effervescent and super fun sales environment that breeds success.


You will be a business development guru, with solid experience in B2B sales, and a true player-coach. You’ll be leading from the front through your own sales pipeline, to book platform demonstrations for our sales consultants, as well as mentoring the SDR team to live and breathe our unique customer engagement experience.


You will already have a proven track record in sales and this will be a significant next step in your sales career. We know you won’t be the finished article and we’ll support you to develop your sales and management skills every day.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Outreach – Working with our Lead Researcher, make sure we have accurate and up to date potential customer data; speaking to decision-makers with your elevator pitch, inspiring interest in our product and scheduling a demo or sales call for the sales team
  • Messaging – Develop a series of scripts, and communication frameworks to support SDR calls and campaigns; work with the Head of Demand Generation to create targeted email campaigns with engaging collateral
  • Environment – Create a unique and vibrant sales space, that nurtures development and rewards success; work to grow the team underpinned by effective and efficient processes and systems
  • Recruitment – Work with the People & Culture team to attract new SDRs to the team and deliver an engaging selection process
  • Team Manager – Create an in-depth and structured onboarding process for new SDRs which sets them up for success; support continuous development through regular one-to-ones, role plays, call shadowing and a bespoke development pathway for all team members; work with our CEO to create challenging and engaging daily/monthly KPIs
  • High Performers – Define what great performance as an SDR looks like and coach the SDRs to become outstanding performers with constant constructive feedback
  • Happy Team – Keep reward and recognition for amazing work high on the agenda to build a buzzing and motivated team; work with the Head of People & Culture to build your own incentives and events!
  • Tech Stack – Take ownership for setting up our data systems (Cognism and Outreach) to make life easier for, and enhance the performance of the SDRs; keep data clean and integrated with our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ahead of the Game – Be a fountain of knowledge and best practice in outbound sales to help us stay innovative and super efficient
  • Work to targets - Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including number of calls made, demos booked and sat, and monthly MRR delivered
  • Team-player – Constantly collaborate with our wider Sales team to make sure that we’ve got a constant flow of communication and support


About you

To help make sure we’re delivering world-class software solutions, you must:

  • Be genuinely motivated by leading and shaping a successful team, with proven experience of mentoring others to positive outcomes
  • Have solid experience in business development ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Have an outgoing, confident personality; super-resilient with a never-give-up attitude
  • Be systems savvy (especially Outlook for email, CRM like Salesforce or similar, Excel)
  • Be really data-driven and analytical
  • Have outstanding communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Be customer-centric, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at each interaction
  • Have a real passion for technology with and the benefits that digital transformation provides
  • Be able to successfully juggle lots of different activities at once
