We're a scale-up technology company with teeth, showcasing our software to the biggest companies in the UK and around the world!

And we're expanding our Enterprise sales team as part of a reeeaaaally exciting time for our business. We're looking for a SaaS pro to join us as an Enterprise Consultant.

You'll be directly engaging and bringing new enterprise (1000+ user) customers on board with our hugely successful software platform, adding to our portfolio of existing brands such as ASOS, Canon, Dentons, Barclays and Sony Music.  You’ll also be at the forefront of the global expansion of e-days® as we launch our international focus.

Working alongside our Sales Director, Alex, and our ambitious Sales team, you'll be all about new business and role modelling innovative sales approaches that engage and inspire potential customers. You will also work really closely with our in-house digital and event marketing gurus, who you will be your go-to collaborators in developing unique campaigns for prospective clients. 

There will be lots to do out and about and away from our HQ in Nottingham, as you'll be meeting potential new customers regularly at national locations and be engaging with various buying teams and levels of organisational stakeholders.  You'll probably be office-based around 1 day each week (roughly).

The role has a generous and uncapped accompanying commission plan with accelerators in place on achievement of target. As an individual who is always looking to deliver above and beyond, this structure will give you the opportunity to significantly earn above your OTE.

What you'll be getting up to on a daily basis...

  • Leading the sales process - Using your expertise in new business to bring enterprise customers on board and spearheading our global expansion
  • Building a world-class brand - Championing e-days as a sector leader within your focused verticals and as an aspirational service for best practice absence management
  • Building a network - Generating leads and responding to sales enquiries ensuring high enquiry-to-sales conversion rates; building and nurturing lasting relationships with business contacts
  • Delivering System Discovery Meetings - Working with multiple stakeholders within a prospect to understand, evolve and present a business justification for the purchase of e-days
  • Data Guru - Keeping our CRM system running like a well-oiled machine with continuous updates on all sales activity
  • Work to targets - Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including number of System Discovery sessions held, enquiry conversion rate, and monthly MRR delivered
  • Leading tender processes - Leadership of proposal writing and pitch meetings for customer opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the system - Nurture your interest in our software and keep yourself continually up to date with the latest features and changes

 

If you're our perfect person, you must:

  • Be new business through and through
  • Have experience of software sales (ideally HR tech) to organisations above 1,000 users in size
  • Be really customer-centric, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at each interaction
  • Have a wider understanding of the HRIS marketplace, competitors and challenges in the absence management sector
  • Be self-motivated, pro-active and have a ‘never give up’ attitude
  • Be an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Be a role model for innovative sales engagement to improve the overall sales team output and development of new team members
  • Have a real passion for technology with and the benefits that digital transformation provides

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 per week)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Flexible but c1 day per week from our office in Nottingham City Centre
