It’s a really exciting time to join the bubbly and fun family at E-days as we grow our Nottingham team and we’re looking for a brilliant SDR Manager to join our superstar Sales team. 

As our Sales Development Manager, you will be shaping and developing the career pathways of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You’ll be creating a fast-paced, ambitious, effervescent and super fun sales environment that breeds success.  

You will be a business development guru, with solid experience in B2B sales, and a true player-coach. You’ll be leading from the front through your own sales pipeline (for the first few months), to book platform demonstrations for our sales consultants, as well as mentoring the SDR team to live and breathe our unique customer engagement experience.  

You will already have a proven track record in sales and this will be a significant next step in your sales career. We know you won’t be the finished article and we’ll support you to develop your sales and management skills every day. 


What you’ll be getting up to on a daily basis 

  • Messaging – Develop a series of scripts, and communication frameworks to support SDR calls and campaigns; work with the Head of Demand Generation to create targeted email campaigns with engaging collateral 
  • Recruitment – Work with the People & Culture team to attract new SDRs to the team and deliver an engaging selection process 
  • High Performers – Define what great performance as an SDR looks like and coach the SDRs to become outstanding performers with constant constructive feedback  
  • Tech Stack – Take ownership for setting up our data systems (Cognism and Outreach) to make life easier for, and enhance the performance of the SDRs; keep data clean and integrated with our CRM (Salesforce) 
  • Work to targets - Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including number of calls made, demos booked and sat, and monthly MRR delivered  

If you’re our perfect person, you must…  

  • Have solid experience in business development ideally within a B2B SaaS environment  

  • Be systems savvy (especially Outlook for email, CRM like Salesforce or similar, Excel)  

  • Have outstanding communication skills, especially on the phone  

  • Have a real passion for technology with and the benefits that digital transformation provides
